Half-pipe construction tipper

The new KÖGEL KIPPER  construction semitrailer focuses on low own weight, impresses with an optimal ratio between tare weight and payload. With a minimum unladen weight starting from just 5,200 kg, this tipper semitrailer is approximately 600 kg lighter than conventional vehicles. Despite its low weight, the vehicle offers maximum stability thanks to its robust chassis made of fine-grained steel and its wide, low body, which ensures exceptional loading capacity and stability.

The KÖGEL KIPPER  is available in two load volume versions – 24 and 27 cubic meters.

Brake system

EBS brake system 24 volt with stability program in accordance with ECE directive, 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads red/yellow front ISO 1728, steel air reservoir.

Electrics

24-volt full LED lighting system with LED side marker lights, adapter box with 2x7-pin and 15-pin socket, full LED rear lights.

Frame

Chassis frame made of high-quality fine-grained steel in lightweight construction, coupling plate with
2" kingpin.

Body

24 or 27 m³ half-pipe steel body, skip base made of wear-resistant, tempered sheet steel HB 450, 5 mm thick, side walls made of wear-resistant sheet steel, rear wall hinged, made of wear-resistant, tempered sheet steel HB 450.

Roof

Roller tarpaulin incl. tarpaulin with one swivel-mounted crossbar, operated via crank and round
Wrapping aid, roof tarpaulin for roller tarpaulin 680 g/m², tarpaulin tensioning device with central locking, optional electric sliding tarpaulin possible.

Hydraulics

Hydraulic high pressure hose DN20 with screw coupling HDK BG6, front tilt cylinder high and low pressure, max. 250 bar

Mechanically folding underride guard in dirt-repellent, high-mounted design
