The transport of high and oversize machines using traditional semi-trailers is risky and often even impossible. Our special LD-series semi-trailers open new possibilities to our Customers and considerably extend the coverage of their fleets. The lowered load deck, which does not exceed the height of 500 mm, enables trouble-free travel under bridges or high voltage overhead lines.
In brief, we strive to facilitate route planning and overcoming infrastructure-related difficulties to our Customers. Vehicles equipped with LD-series semi-trailers may successfully transport loads, such as:
- boats,
- tracked vehicles,
- combines,
- mining machines,
- tanks,
- other high industrial products.

TROUBLE-FREE TRANSPORT
The solutions we use are tailored to the individual needs of our Customers and perfectly suitable for heavy and construction industries. In the manufacture of the LD-series, we consider not only the transport of high machines and structures. The transported loads may be really enormous in all respects. With the extension of the semi-trailer (up to almost 23 metres for a 5-axle LDR-series semi-trailer) and the width extensions of the load deck, (increasing the deck width to 3 metres), there are practically no limits.
Especially that each semi-trailer is designed in compliance with the most stringent regulations of the European Union. With a LD-series semi-trailers at one’s disposal, one no longer needs to worry about the critical and difficult points along the route. Lowered-deck semi-trailers are offered in two versions, each with 2 to 5 axles. Semi-trailers of this series are an essential part of the fleet of any transport company.

LDF: Knowing and understanding the needs of our Customers, we are aware that some functionalities may be unnecessary and it may be pointless to encumber the budget with them. The LDF-series was developed with consideration.
This economical variant is suitable for various purposes, in which lowered load deck is required, but the option of front loading is unnecessary. This is an economical high-quality solution is perfect for companies operating in special transport.
It uses a fixed swan neck that cannot be detached. All solutions are based on the best quality and technologies that the LDF-series is known for. The lowered load deck — at the height of 490 mm — and its extendibility by up to 5 metres provide numerous transport possibilities and enable the transport of a wide range of construction machines or high loads.

LDR: Instead of using several semi-trailers for loads of different sizes, it is easier to use one semi-trailer that may be adjusted to the situation. The LDR-series was designed specifically for this kind of challenges. We implemented in it a range of solutions that facilitate transport and significantly increase its safety.
One of the greatest amenities is the possibility of loading logistically difficult items from the front of the semi-trailer. It is possible after detaching the swan neck. The height of the lowered load deck of the LDR-series semi-trailers is only 410 mm. Thus obtained safe transport height significantly facilitates and streamlines the transport of oversize loads.
Another advantage of this series is the possibility of extending the deck by 5 metres in relation to the standard setting. When the transported load is wider than the deck base, the latter may be easily widened and adjusted to the load width. The LDR-series is an integrated loading system, which provides its users with many practical functionalities.
